Refund policy
At Giftopia we want you to love everything you receive. If something isn't right we're here to make it right.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it with all original packaging intact.
How to request a return Simply email us at [Giftopia.stores@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24-48 hours with next steps.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons fuzzy slippers that have been worn cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or wrong items If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item please contact us immediately at [Giftopia.stores@gmail.com] with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
Late or missing refunds If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days please check with your bank first as processing times vary. If you still haven't received it contact us and we'll investigate immediately.
